MEET THE TRAINERS
I'm a personal trainer and Group Bootcamp and Kids Fitness Instructor and have been involved in the fitness world for over 15 years. My interests are running, boxing, weights and nutrition and through hard work and dedication, I have achieved my own fitness goals, my greatest achievement completing a full marathon. I enjoy working in the fitness industry not only is it a “happy” environment to work in, but people walk away after exercising feeling happy and content. It gives me great satisfaction in being able to help people through their fitness journey, something I am very passionate about.
My passion and enthusiasm for fitness shows both in my training and teaching. I am always looking for innovative ways to keep my workouts interesting, fast and fun. No one has ever gotten to the end of a workout and wished they hadn’t started!

I absolutely love being a bootcamp instructor and am passionate about fitness because I genuinely enjoy interacting with people. Win and win again: my “job” revolves around both these things. Working with people who are moving towards fitter, healthier and happier version of themselves is just a bonus.
I stay in shape with a purpose and that’s what keeps me motivated.
Exercise has played a transformative role in my life – it has been crucial in helping me overcome a serious back injury. As a father of a young family it also gives me a lot more energy to function on a day-to-day level and to interact with my kids. They have a lot of energy, which I need to match. Feeling fit, healthy and strong gives me a lot of confidence that I carry around with myself 24/7. I’d like to pass that on to others!
I’m certified in kettlebells, boxing, powerbags, suspension training, Olympic lifting and more. I like functional fitness routines that mimic real life movements and strength needs.
Training with the Outdoor Squad is loads of fun but we practice what we preach – you’ll be doing the exact same workouts that we do ourselves. You’ll do things you never thought possible. You’ll be the person you knew you could be and I’m the right person to push and encourage you.

I’ve always kept a high level of fitness having played representative netball and swimming at University. After working in the corporate world for 10 years I really wanted to train more and train other people to enjoy what I enjoyed so much about feeling fit. After trekking the Himalayas and moving from London to Sydney, I decided to live the life I wanted. At fitness college I completed my Certificate IV in personal training and Australian Combat and Exercise boxing certification. My favourite type of training is strength. I like the variety of functional training that we use to get strong.
I like to stay focussed and improve on the various ares of my fitness – from aerobic cardio to anaerobic conditioning, functional strength training, and striking technique for a whole body workout. But I don’t mind lollies – occasionally.

Originally from the South Coast, Peter started in fitness as a swimmer competing regularly at both State and National levels before moving to Sydney, where he successfully graduated from the Australian Institute of Fitness as a Master Trainer. Since his graduation, he has been consistently working with Australia's industry elites. In an array of completely diverse environments; from 5 star health club's in the CBD, to the sands and stony steps of Bondi beach, to the exclusive boutique Personal Training studio's in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.
