STRENGTH’N’TONE

Get strong and toned as our resistance training creates lean muscle tissue to sculpt some shape and improve your functional strength. Using a range of functional fitness strength tools such as powerbags, kettlebells, dumbbells, TRX suspension systems, bodyweight, medicine balls, slam balls, dead balls and more. We also include TACFIT training.

HIIT’N’RUN

Improve your heart and lung fitness with our high intensity interval training using circuits, sprints, relays, intervals, speed and agility drills, hill and stair training, battling ropes, medicine balls and bodyweight.

PUNCH’N’BURN

Learn the punching and kicking techniques that shred professional boxers and kickboxers. You’ll get fighting with our non-contact cardio-resistance program that incorporates MMAXFIT. Your heart rate will soar as you combine punching combos with bodyweight conditioning to improve your overall toning & fitness.

CORE’N’SORE

Core’N’Sore is a class emphasising exercises that focus on increasing the stabilization, endurance and strengthening of the core muscles. Core N Sore exercises include movements, both weighted & bodyweight, that activate the muscles called the core. These muscles work as a group to help stabilize and control the spine.

The Outdoor Squad is the longest-running boot camp in the Inner West established in February 2015.

We work with people of ALL AGES and FITNESS LEVELS to provide support, accountability and motivation in a fun boot camp fitness session. Our highly qualified trainers use the latest in sports science to make your boot camp experience enjoyable, productive and best of all varied.
